The same intermittent behavior is occurring with UI login, pipeline creation, scheduled tasks, API calls to the Control Plane, and pipeline initiation.

We have identified the underlying cause of the disruption affecting production workloads in the Americas region.
The issue was caused by a reduction in the HTTP timeout during last night's release, which resulted in service unavailability for the affected scope. Remediation actions are currently in progress, and recovery is being validated against performance baselines. We remain in a state of heightened monitoring to confirm sustained stability.
