[Urgent Production Maintenance]: August 19 9PM PST / August 20 4AM GMT

We identified an issue with the underlying hardware for our load balancer, to address this issue we will be moving our load balancer to a new hardware platform. Due to the urgency of this issue we will be performing this activity today Aug19th at 9PM PST and it is expected to last up to 30 minutes. If customers observe any unexpected behavior or events, please contact support (support@snaplogic.com) in the normal way.
